Bill Rowley lives and photographs in Western Massachusetts. His prize-winning images have been exhibited in numerous area galleries, including those of Forbes Library in Northampton, Jones Library in Amherst, and Springfield Technical Community College. He has authored an article on cross-polarization for EOS Magazine, and was instrumental in establishing the photography program at Riverside Industries. One of Bill's images, "Rainbow Lagoon," was chosen as the Theme Picture for the 2015 Monson Arts Council's Spring Show. Bill has also served as president of the Pioneer Valley Photographic Artists.
While Bill rules out nothing as a photographic subject or approach, most of his recent work has been macro in scale and abstract in style.
